Vegan Chocolate Shakeology No Bake Cookies

I love finding snack recipes that are healthy for you! This is one that I love making to snack on after dinner!! 

You will Need:

1 cup vegan chocolate shakeology (or any chocolate protein powder)
1 cup whole grain quick cooking oats
1 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey

Combine PB, Oats, honey and shakeology in a medium bowl 
Mix well with rubber spatula or hand
Roll mixture into 24 1" balls
Refridgerate for about an hour before serving

Yields: 12 servings; 2 balls per serving



* For all you 21 day fixers, CIZE, Hammer and Chisel or anyone using the color coded portion control containers- 2 balls count as 1 Yellow, 1 Blue and 1 Orange!
