Shakeology Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls


These little flavor packed balls are amazing! I am a pumpkin lover and I'm not ashamed of it 😄  .  Yes I love the pumpkin spice lattes, the pumpkin muffins, pumpkin donuts, pumpkin ice cream... EVERYTHING pumpkin!  But I'm also not looking to destroy all of my health and nutrition progress I've made to enjoy my pumpkin!! So here is a recipe that I use as a snack to curb those sweet and pumpkin cravings!!



YOU WILL NEED:
- 3/4 cup all-natural smooth almond butter (or a natural peanut butter is just as good ;) )
- 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3/4 cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3 scoops vegan vanilla shakeology
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice


WHAT TO DO:
1. Combine the almond butter, pumpkin, honey, oats, shakeology and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.
2. Shape mixture into twenty four walnut sized balls; place in airtight container
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
4. ENJOY!!


For my fixer: 2 balls = 1 yellow, 1/2 blue and 1 tsp.

Vegan Chocolate Shakeology No Bake Cookies

I love finding snack recipes that are healthy for you! This is one that I love making to snack on after dinner!! 

You will Need:

1 cup vegan chocolate shakeology (or any chocolate protein powder)
1 cup whole grain quick cooking oats
1 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup raw honey

Combine PB, Oats, honey and shakeology in a medium bowl 
Mix well with rubber spatula or hand
Roll mixture into 24 1" balls
Refridgerate for about an hour before serving

Yields: 12 servings; 2 balls per serving



* For all you 21 day fixers, CIZE, Hammer and Chisel or anyone using the color coded portion control containers- 2 balls count as 1 Yellow, 1 Blue and 1 Orange!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Shakeology Mug Cake

Peanut Butter Vegan Chocolate Shakeology Mug Cake
Some nights I really want something sweet after dinner or a sweet snack. But I also want something that is not going to ruin a great day of clean eating as well. I want to make things that I can enjoy that is also good for you. This recipe is just that! Made with shakeology it also happens be filled with lots of superfoods, vitamins and nutrients! And it's easy to whip up.
You will need:
1 scoop of Vegan Chocolate Shakeology (or any chocolate protein powder)
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. of unsweeted almond milk
1 tbsp of peanut butter
*can also add cocoa powder for extra chocolate taste!
Mix all ingredients except the PB real good in a microwavable mug.
Add the PB right into the center and push it down in.
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
The cake will start to peel away from your mug and the center will turn gooey.
ENJOY!!
